Donation and Refund Policy

1. Donations Overview

All donations made to SAMCO Hope Foundation Inc. support our charitable programs, including community development, education, and health initiatives. Contributions may be made online, by mail, or during fundraising events.

  • Donations are voluntary and may be one-time or recurring.

  • Donors may specify a program or initiative to support; if no designation is made, funds will be directed to areas of greatest need.

  • All donations are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

2. Payment Processing & Security

  • Online donations are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

  • We do not store credit card or financial information on our servers.

  • Donors will receive an email confirmation and digital receipt immediately after completing their transaction.

3. Tax Deductibility

As a registered nonprofit organization, SAMCO Hope Foundation Inc. may provide acknowledgment receipts suitable for tax documentation, where applicable. Donors are encouraged to consult a tax advisor for eligibility based on local regulations.

4. Recurring Donations

  • Donors who choose to make recurring contributions can modify or cancel them at any time by contacting us at info@samcohopefoundation.org.

  • Cancellations will take effect within 3–5 business days after receipt of the request.

5. Refund Policy

Donations are considered final and non-refundable, as funds are quickly allocated to ongoing community programs and initiatives.
However, refunds may be granted under limited circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate donations made in error

  • Incorrect donation amounts due to processing mistakes

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

To request a refund, please contact info@samcohopefoundation.org within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
Refunds approved by our finance team will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Donation Changes or Designation Requests

If you wish to designate your donation to a specific program after giving, or correct donor information on your receipt, please contact us at info@samcohopefoundation.org within 7 days of the donation date.

  • Annual reports and program impact summaries are made available on our website to ensure transparency.
